Error instaling RUBY On RAILS Mavericks

Hari ini mulai install ruby di MacOsX 10.9.2 , tapi di tengah jalan menemukan masalah (banyak masalah) ketika install ruby.

Error 1

Ketika pada tahap :

rvm install ruby

muncul error

-e:69: warning: Insecure world writable dir /usr/local in PATH, mode 040777

It appears Homebrew is already installed. If your intent is to reinstall you

should do the following before running this installer again:

    rm -rf /usr/local/Cellar /usr/local/.git && brew cleanup

Requirements installation failed with status: 1.

Hal ini di karenakan pada /usr/local/Cellar /usr/local/  di butuhkan permision. Error ini akan hilang dengan menubah pesmision nya dengan 3 perintah command :

sudo chgrp -R admin /usr/local
sudo chmod -R g+rwx /usr/local
sudo chmod -R o-w /usr/local

Kemudian kita di minta memasukkan password. setelah selesai instal lagi ruby yang sebelumnya error.

Error 2. openssl

Jika muncul

dyld: Library not loaded: @@HOMEBREW_CELLAR@@/openssl/1.0.1g/lib/libssl.1.0.0.dylib Referenced from: /usr/local/opt/openssl/bin/openssl Reason: image not found

Failed reading certificates path for '/usr/local/opt/openssl/bin/openssl' with return code: ().

RVM autolibs is now configured with mode '2' => 'check and stop if missing',

please run `rvm autolibs enable` to let RVM do its job or run and read `rvm autolibs [help]`

Requirements installation failed with status: 133.

kita harus reinstall ssl,Ketik pada terminal:

brew reinstall openssl
brew link openssl --force

Install rvm ruby lagi. Proses intalasi akan berjalan. akan muncul

mkdir: /etc/openssl: Permission denied

faridmau password required for 'mkdir -p /etc/openssl':

masukkan password,kemudian kita cek versi ruby "ruby -v" .

Error 3.instalasi Rails

jika saat instalasi rails "sudo gem install rails" muncul :

ERROR:  While executing gem ... (Gem::RemoteFetcher::FetchError)

    SSL_connect SYSCALL returned=5 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server session ticket A (https://d2chzxaqi4y7f8.cloudfront.net/quick/Marshal.4.8/railties-4.1.1.gemspec.rz)

kita perlu mengetikan

rvm osx-ssl-certs status all
rvm osx-ssl-certs update all
