Excellent book that I'd highly recommend for Oracle DBAs concerned with Oracle SQL optimization and performance. Straight forward and easy to understand with excellent detailed and practice examples and in depth research into options and functionality. Its the best general purpose book I know of for insuring good SQL optimization through object statistics, installation parameters and advanced features such as sql baselines.
